Dr. Melissa Fougere has been in practice since 2013 and has seen well over 2000 patients. She recently relocated from Kelowna to Kimberley, BC and will be visiting Wild Heart twice a month to administer intravenous therapies.
This includes administering vitamins and minerals via intravenous drip or pushes. IV therapy bypasses the gut, therefore providing potent and effective doses of nutrients right to the blood stream where you need them most. This is an effective way to see results quickly and is of benefit for mood, energy, immunity, detoxification, fertility and more.
Dr. Mel has double major in psychology and chemistry, and a masters degree in medical neuroscience. She focuses on functional genomics or epigenetics—the science of understanding how your genes are expressed and how you can use supplements, diet, and lifestyle to shape your genetic destiny. When you know what your genes need, you’re able to optimize your health. It’s an important root cause for depression, anxiety, obesity, energy, autoimmunity and more.
She looks forward to meeting you and serving the Fernie community!
