Our Policies

Our Clinic Policies are as follows

  • Your appointment time is reserved just for you.
  • Appointments that are cancelled or changed last minute are a cost to the clinic.
  • If you must cancel or change your appointment please give notice a minimum of 48 hours advance of your appointment. If it is within 48 hours of your appointment, the clinic may charge 50% of your missed-appointment fee. 
  • Last minute cancellations are considered within 24 hours of the appointment time and will be charged the full cost of the visit. No shows will be charged the full cost of the visit.
  • If you are late, the appointment will still be held for you and will finish at the same time, and the full fee of the appointment will be charged.
  • A 50% deposit of the total cost of the initial visit is due upon booking and is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
  • Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, Credit Card or E-transfer are accepted forms of payment.
  • Wildheart Therapies and Farmacy require each patient to have a credit card on file.
