Emily uses a combination of Diet/Lifestyle Analysis, Detoxification, Nutritional Therapy, Food Sensitivities analysis, and Dietary Coaching to achieve long-lasting results.
Emily has an Masters in Education, with extensive studies in Plant-Based Nutrition/Nutritional Science and holds a teaching position at Vancouver Community College teaching Plant-Based Nutrition. Emily is also a certified yoga teacher. Emily is available for personal, one-on-one consultations via ZOOM for 30-minute sessions at the rate of $85. Emily also offers short online courses in Plant-Based Nutrition and works in close conjunction with Dr. Ashley Romanchuk, ND who provides valuable laboratory testing for optimal nutrition status.

Plant-Based or Plant-Forward eating patterns focus on foods primarily, but not always exclusively, from plants.
As a Plant-Based Nutrition Coach – Emily is passionate about empowering people to take charge of their health and break-free of chronic health conditions through practical nutrition and lifestyle changes that are sustainable for individuals and the planet. Emily’s approach focuses on a sustainable diet that is based on the latest in Nutritional Science. She uses both the United Nation’s ‘Planetary Health Diet’ and Canada’s Food Guide, both being plant-based guides. While focusing on each persons’ unique background, food sensitivities, dietary risk factors and nutritional requirements, she creates individualized health plans that restore balance to the gut microbiome to achieve optimal health and are also sustainable and enjoyable long term.
As someone who suffered from chronic digestive issues and chronic illness for the early part of their life, Emily was able to cure her inflammatory, digestive and nutritional issues on a plant-based diet. She has been living a highly thriving, athletic lifestyle on a plant- based diet for over 30 years and has helped numerous people do the same. Working with Emily is more than just a nutrition plan: she will support, encourage and inspire you back to optimal health with kindness and compassion.
